WELCOME TO CAWSTON COMMUNITY HALL
Cawston Community Hall was built 7 years ago to serve the residents of Cawston Parish and Rugby. The purpose of the community hall is to provide the Parish of Cawston with a facility for all residents to enjoy and that will provide for their leisure, social and cultural activities and interests and thereby contribute to their quality of life and increase community spirit.
Regular Hall Activities
The community hall accommodates a wide variety of activities, including but not limited to, Parish Council Office and meetings, Guides, Women’s Institute, dance and exercise classes, theatre, arts and sports groups, activities for parents, children and young people, faith groups, yoga, and other social, recreational, and informal learning activities and local resident private functions.
CASUAL HALL BOOKINGS
If you are interested in booking the hall for a private function such as a birthday party, please email the Facilities & Communications Manager. You can do that on:
bookings@cawstonpc.org
We are only taking limited bookings at this time for private functions and we are only booking our Main Hall to ensure you have as much space as possible to spread out and number restrictions will be in place. We are taking one private event per day for Saturday 2-6pm or Sunday 3-7pm only. Bookings are being taken for any month now.
Please include as much information as you can regarding the event you have in mind including the preferred date, entertainment plans, number attending, food & drink. The more information you can provide, the quicker and easier it will be to get you booked in. Please note that due to the limits we have in place, space is extremely limited and likely to book up fast.
Please note that booking enquiries are only taken via email. The Booking Clerk works flexible hours Tuesday-Thursday. Emails will be returned during these days and responded to in the order they were received.
